Section 3 — Prohibited Uses ✗ Offensive or aggressive application against any person or group ✗ Using security planning frameworks to identify, track, or target any individual ✗ Teaching, redistributing, or reselling any program content without written authorization ✗ Any application directed against law enforcement or emergency personnel ✗ Any connection to unlawful activity or criminal purpose ✗ Sharing login credentials or access with any other person ✗ Access by anyone under 18 years of age
